A Shift Toward Cultivating Wellness Through Cannabis 🌱
Baby boomers and millennials:
Two generations separated by 20-years and a massive technological boom are both flocking to cannabis. Why?
A mindset is changing. A view of what is healthy is no longer just about not being sick, but about creating balance in all of life. It is a conscious, self-directed and an ever-evolving search for a higher quality of life. In other words, a shift towards cultivating wellness.

“Wellness is a lifestyle choice that is dictated by good physical and MENTAL health.”
Each of us defines our own dimensions of wellness, each dimension interrelated with the others and each dimension equally vital. Some of these include occupational, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, physical, social, and intellectual wellness.
Cannabis is a catalyst for facilitating wellness. How?
The endocannabinoid system unlocks all kinds of amazing connections. Scientists have been studying the endocannabinoid system for almost 25 years and found that it is involved in a wide variety of physiological functions including the immune system, metabolism, sleep regulation, energy intake, and proper digestive function.
“Cannabis and the Endocannabinoid system are perfect dance partners.”
Furthermore, the cannabis plant contains many cannabinoids that bind to the body’s endocannabinoid system receptors. This helps to promote homeostasis, the maintenance of a stable internal environment despite fluctuations in the external environment. Thus, stability and balance are critical to creating a healthy lifestyle. This means the cannabis plant represents an opportunity for economic, natural, and accessible wellness practices.
How do we ensure everyone has access to clean cannabis?
We built a platform where knowledge and education are shared through conversations to empower our collective community. Our ultimate goal is to break down any barriers to educate a worldwide community on cultivating wellness.
